Nourish
Helps people examine their eating behaviours and develop a healthier relationship with food. Suitable for anyone seeking to better understand their eating behaviours, including those wanting to lose weight (though this is not a weight loss Journey).
Not suitable for people being clinically managed for an eating disorder.
How it Works
Nourish helps people establish a healthy relationship to food, maintain a healthy diet, and engage in wellness-enhancing behaviours. Topics include:
- Building a balanced meal
- Menu planning and shopping
- Recognising hunger and fullness signals
- Non-hungry eating and dealing with urges
- Mindful eating
- Self-kindness and body gratitude
- Long-term troubleshooting
The Journey does not present any diets or focus on health literacy. Instead, it equips people with skills and self-reflection to understand and modify their eating behaviours.
